We are looking to analyst for the TMT&Retail financing desk.
Principal responsibilities:
· Support for deal analysis and execution, participation in the credit analysis process
· Gathering data for company and industry analysis
· Preparation of financial models (3forms, LBO) and business valuation, fundamental analysis of potential deals
· Communication with advisers, lawyers, accountants, clients and other counterparties
· Preparation of materials for the credit&investment committee, various administrative duties
Competencies:
· Multitasking and self-starting
· Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
· Willingness to learn and develop across a wide range of products and tasks
· Financial modelling, valuation, quantitative and reasoning skills
· Ability to maintain high standard of work while working on multiple projects
Qualifications:
· Recent graduate with a high GPA from a top-tier university
· Work experience in banks & boutiques & funds / M&A and Valuation departments at ex-BIG4 is an advantage
· Critical thinking, high motivation, understanding of finance, economics and accounting concepts, strong team player
· Advanced user of Microsoft Office
· Passed CFA level is a plus
