Demetra-Holding is looking for an Analyst to join the Investments & Strategy team in a leading Russian grain export and infrastructure company (https://dholding.ru)
The position offers unique opportunity and experience in building the leader of the grain export in Russia and involvement in different M&A, capital investment, and infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Regular update of current financial models of Holding’s companies
- Development of new financial models, valuation, and scenario/stress analysis
- Research of new investment ideas, analysis of various industrial and global market data
- Financial analysis and presentations for internal committees and management sessions
- Participation in establishment and optimization of internal processes, work with document flow
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading Russian or international university
- 1-3 years of financial modeling and valuation experience is a must
- Deep knowledge in accounting, corporate finance and valuation approaches
- Strong quantitative, analytical, communication skills
- Ability to concisely visualize data and information
- Pro-active approach and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Advanced writing and verbal skills, both in Russian and English
