The Role

We are looking for an SMM Manager with a strong copywriting focus to join Inspira Labs on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role. Your core responsibility is writing: shaping narratives, producing high-quality content, and turning complex Web3 topics into clear, founder-friendly messages.

You will work closely with the BD and leadership teams and act as the owner of the content plan, ensuring that social channels consistently support partnerships, deal flow, and brand authority.

Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content

• Write and edit high-quality content for social media 
• Produce long-form and mid-form content: threads, articles, announcements, partner posts
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice aligned with Inspira Labs’ positioning

SMM & Content Operations

• Own and manage the content calendar
• Ensure timely publication and follow-ups (teasers, recaps, amplifications)
• Proactively request and push internal teams for content inputs when needed

Brand & Narrative Support

• Support Inspira Labs’ positioning as a hands-on Web3 venture builder
• Assist in shaping narratives around portfolio projects, partnerships, and programs
• Help prepare texts for PR, announcements, and other public-facing materials

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SMM, copywriting, or content-related roles
• Strong writing skills in English (clear, structured, confident)
• High attention to detail and editorial quality
