Job Description: Prospector

Role Purpose: Lead Generation

Generate new leads for sales team in order to achieve salestargets and ensure revenue growth from new clients, by leveraging IXcellerate suite of products and services, bringing “the value of the company” to our customers in all segments.

Main focus on Asian market.

Main Objective: Perform Sales Activities that help to generate new Leads

Performance Measurement: Monthly Recurring Revenue(MRR), generated from provided Leads

Responsibilities:

Perform sales Activities such as: client search, client base emailing, cold calling; incoming interest validation and etc.Those Activities should result in new opportunity development with new clients that will result in signed contracts, generating new MRR.

Prospector should be able to articulate IXcellerate value proposition, main business objectives and ensure all leads are qualified.

Collaborates with colleagues outside region to seek expertise and “know how” from professionals in other geographies.

Experience and desired skills:

A university degree is required, ability to work full time.

Strong interpersonal skills; proactive approach;
Ability to grow strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows.
Strong oral, written, and listening skills. Ability to communicate effectively and present information in a variety of different formats.
Fluent Russian, English and Chinese

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.

Strong customer orientation with demonstrated experience in developing solutions that help customers improve productivity, efficiency and the quality of their work.

Sales experience is welcomed, but not required,
