Institute of Directors (Moscow office) is looking for a

1) Consultant

Responsibility:

• As recruitment consultant you will be the interface between companies seeking to recruit professional staffand professional staff seeking a new job or

• As this process it will be your task to facilitate this exercise for both the employer and the candidate and tosatisfy both

• As recruitment consultant you will meet clients and find out about their needs, as well as sell them our clients’

• The other part of your work is to find and meet candidates: you will assess them and find out the positions bestmatching their skills and

• Alternatively, you will also actively present them to existing and potential clients

• Your job will be much of a sales job with a lot of interaction with

• It is at the end of the day a people’s business and you will be successful if you manage to build for yourself a network of clients and candidates who will help you develop your business

Requirements:

2) ОФИС-МЕНЕДЖЕР СО ЗНАНИЕМ АНГЛИЙСКОГО ЯЗЫКА

Обязанности:

• Встреча посетителей и заказ пропусков;

• Приём и перераспределение телефонных звонков;

• Публикация вакансий на работных сайтах;

• Помощь консультантам в проектах подбора персонала;

• Жизнеобеспечение офиса (заказ канцелярских товаров, воды, отправка почты);

• Управление работой курьера и системного администратора;

• Осуществление технической помощи (копирование, печать, сканирование и пр.).

Требования:

• Высшее образование или неполное высшее образование;

• Рассмотрим также студентов;

• Знание английского языка не ниже intermediate;

• Знание Microsoft Office;

• Личные качества: коммуникабельность, активность, грамотная речь, хорошаяобучаемость, презентабельность;

• Гражданство РФ.

Условия:

График работы: с 09:30 до 19:00;
