Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What You’ll Do:
- Scheduling of interviews (across CIS region): phone screens, video conferencing, face-to-face meetings
- Track and update candidate interactions in ATS
- Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant/interview status as needed
- Participation in Employer Branding & UR activities (career fairs, students’ events and etc)
- Source candidates
- Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Business Stakeholders, HR and Candidates) and maintain effective communication channels
Who you are:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented;
- Have a passion for always maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Able to adapt and pivot in a fast-moving environment
- Ready to take initiative and work independently
Requirements
- Fluent English
- 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar Coordination support role
- You have experience with using applicant tracking systems or similar tools
