Rating advisory team within Gazprombank is currently looking for an analyst to support the corporate issuers stream.

Responsibilities
Core
· Financial modelling with credit analysis perspective
· Perform extensive analysis of a company’s financials, market position and competitive landscape
· Preparation of materials for pitches, rating presentations and other reports
· Assistance in providing credit analysis and rating modelling to clients according to rating agencies methodologies (S&P Global, Moody's, Fitch Ratings, ACRA, ExpertRA)
· Participation in DCM deals as a rating advisor
· Assistance in development of rating defense strategies and clients’ financial strategy optimization in M&A deals, increased leverage and other corporate events

Other
· Participation in rating meetings
· Communication with companies’ management and RA teams

Requirements
· Higher education in finance/economics/business/mathematics from top university
· Strong understanding of accounting standards, including IFRS. RAS understanding is a plus
· ACCA, CFA is a big advantage (any level)
· 1-3 years experience in corporate finance with a leading Management Consulting or Big Four company
· Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must
· High level of responsibility and accuracy
