Intern VTB Junior in Business Area Control (VTB Capital)

Key responsibilities:

 - Daily P&L production & reporting;

- Own and be responsible for resolution of P&L questions on run rates / desk issues including daily 'face to face' engagement with the FO necessary to ensure good communication & service levels;

- Supporting ad-hoc FO & other requests- ensuring that we meet high standards to provide a timely response to all queries;

- Review breaks / core P&L reconciliations;

- Submission of daily P&L Explain / Attribution & high level commentary;

- Management of system static and set-up for new business activities including book opening requests.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

 - Graduate (finished in 2019/2020 or current master’s student) from the top tier university with specialization in a relevant field (economics, finance, management);

- Fluent English - Product control experience essential;

- Commodities experience knowledge essential;

- Knowledge of the Russian market essential;

- Demonstrate appreciation of controls, process enhancement and improvement;

- Strong Excel skills;

- Attention to detail;

- IFRS knowledge desirable;

- Financial services audit background and/or equivalent;

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills;

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
