Intern VTB Junior in Fixed Income Trading (VTB Capital)

VTB Capital is looking to fill an internship position within Fixed Income Trading team (part of Global Markets division). As an intern you will be gradually taking over the activities of a trading desk (under the supervision of senior team members):

• Day-to-day tasks (liquidity management, trades booking, etc.).
• Maintenance and further development of desk reports
• Trade ideas validation and testing with subsequent expansion to idea generation

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate (finished in 2019/2020 or current master’s student) from the top tier university with specialization in a relevant field (mathematics, economics, finance). Excellent academic credentials is essential;
• Interest in financial markets, quantitative analysis
• Major in math/computer science/finance/economics is preferred
• Relevant knowledge of fixed income instrument is a plus
• Experience in programming is a plus
• Fluent English and Russian
