The Role:

• Coordination of products’ shipments and orders;
• Work with mail-room and agencies;
• Data uploading in Brandquad under Brand Managers` supervision;
• Work with agencies on questions relates to press kits preparation;
• Work with influencers;
• Support during events preparation;

• Support on events.

The Requirements:

• Philological educational background is a plus;
• Intermediate level of the English language;
• MS Office is a must, especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Active using of social networking;
• Pro-active approach;
• Attentiveness to details.
