We are currently seeking outstanding candidates to join Ernst & Young for Junior Analyst positions with Transaction Advisory Services Department. Work in Transaction Advisory Services involves challenging tasks in such areas as:

• Valuation and Business Modeling
• Transaction Support / Due Diligence

• Lead Advisory, including

  • Buy-side and Sell-side M&A
  • Government and Corporate Infrastructure Advice

• Restructuring

Job profile:

• Participation in various projects;
• Analysis and structuring of data;
• Business and Industry analysis;
• Preparation of reports in MS Excel, MS Word;
• Preparation of presentations in MS PowerPoint;

Candidate profile:

• Recent graduate or last year student, with major in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Mathematics;
• Excellent academic background with strong verbal, numerical and analytical skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Well organized with good time management skills;
• Fluent English;
• Extensive computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint);
• Strong team player;
• Quick learner;
• Oriented for career in professional financial services.
