23-25 июня 2021 состоялся «1st Congress of the International Network of Sociology of Sensibilities (RedISS)», который проводился в онлайн-формате в виде работы 18 рабочихгрупп разных направлений:

Working Group 11: Program "Emotions and Social Theory"

Working Group 12: Program "Social Studies on Emotions in Central America"

Working Group 13: Program "Love and future"

Working Group 14: Program "Gift, sensibilities and emotions"

Working Group 16: Program "Migrations, bodies and emotions"

Working Group 17: Program "Politics of Emotions in the Capitalocene Era: Exploring the Universe of End-of-the-World Sensibilities"

Working Group 18: Program "Emotions and Disability"

В рамках заседания четвертой рабочей группы заведующая кафедрой экономики труда и персонала МГУ им. М.В. Ломоносова, д.э.н., проф. Разумова Татьяна Олеговна и доцент кафедры экономики труда и персонала МГУ им. М.В. Ломоносова, к.э.н. Бурак Ирина Дмитриевна выступили с докладом «Emotional intelligence of the employees in the distance work context».

Всего в Конгрессе приняло участие около 200 докладчиков из разных уголков мира (Северная и Южная Америки, Европа и Азия), также велась прямая трансляция заседаний рабочих групп в Facebook и YouTube.
