Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

·        Make recruitment and training reports for HR department

·        Prepare documents (contracts, invoices, etc.) for payments on recruitment and training services

·        Organize regular documentation flow

·        Administrative support of HR Director

Requirements:

·        Higher education or student (opportunity to work at least 20 hours per week)

·        Good proficiency in MS Office

·        Structured, attentive to details

·        Written and spoken English at intermediate level

Conditions:

·        Part-time job, permanent contract

·        Labor contract according to Russian Labor Code

·        Salary is discussed with successful candidate
