What do they share, what are the differences, strengths and weaknesses? How have these programs (models) changed and modified  in connection with the development of new information and educational technologies? Are there technology evaluation "proximity" national models for training managers (type CAGE Model for assessment of "close of business")? It is possible and necessary to adapt national models of training managers in other settings?
    5. What is the set and structure of didactic elements of national models of management training? Where, when and how can effective managers be prepared?
