Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement management reporting systems that involve the collection, analysis, and presentation of financial data.
- Ensure that financial information is accurate and timely for both internal and external users.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to gather the necessary data and information.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Analyze financial indicators and their impact on making better business decisions.
- Create and monitor budgets while forecasting financial results.
- Participate in automating data collection and analysis processes.
Requirements:
- A higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services specifically in management accounting, analysis, and financial planning.
- Knowledge of international financial reporting would be considered an advantage.
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals, principles of management accounting and reporting, and financial analysis.
- Proficient in Excel, including the creation of summary tables, and have experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines.
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
