Advance Capital is the leading independent investment bank in Russia. We focus on M&A as well as equity/debt financing transactions for mid-cap and large-cap companies in Russia & CIS. Over 16 years of the company’s existence, we’ve successfully closed more than 80 transactions worth more than $3 billion.
According to the Mergermarket, Advance Capital was ranked first among investment banks in Russia in terms of the number of closed transactions in 2023.
Namely, in 2023, we’ve closed 8 transactions, including such landmark deals as the sale of NSG Group’s Russian assets to FSK, and the sale of Magna Internationals’ Russian assets (Magna is a Fortune Global 500 company).
Furthermore, since 2022, we are developing several new business lines, including industry & equity research as well as equity capital markets.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in economics (preferably from HSE, NES, MSU or MGIMO)
· 1+ years of work experience in M&A / Corporate Finance / Valuation / etc.
· Fluent English (spoken & written)
· Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word at an advanced level
· Advanced financial modeling skills
Functional responsibilities:
· Preparation of investment teasers, information memos, and financial models
· Search for potential buyers and investors, as well as acquisition targets
· Support of Due Diligence processes
· Industry research
· Interaction with senior team members and clients on day-to-day matters of transactions
