The journal publishes articles written by researches from Lomonosov Moscow State University, as well as other authors. Materials submitted for publication must conform to the journal's topics, meet the submission guidelines, go through the double-blind peer review and get a recommendation for publication from the Editorial Board of the journal. Double-blind peer review means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.
